Mycobiota of Medicinal Plants of Azerbaijan and Mycological Safety of their Use

In the presented work, mycobiota of several medicinal plants that make up flora Azerbaijan was studied in order to create basic information for development principles mycological safety their use. The results showed is rich species composition, since 186 are involved formation included Azerbaijan, 94.1% which real fungi (Mycota), and 6.9% mushroom-like organisms (Chromista). Among detected fungi, a significant proportion opportunistic (opportunistic), allergenic toxigenic an indirect or direct source danger all living things, including humans. This circumstance justifies need prepare documents regulating plant materials intended medical purposes, first approach when using these should take into account number mycobiota, quantitative indicator not exceed 103 CFU/g (dry weight).
